Summer Programs are FREE for youth, ages 9-18. We are also a FREE LUNCH SITE!
June 28—July 1 – FULL
9:00 to noon—Video Game Academy—learn how to design various types of computer games.
12:00 to 2:30—Open Time.
July 5—8 – FULL
9:00 to noon—STEM Stuff—come participate in daily FUN activities that focus on science, technology, engineering and math.

July 11—15
9:00 to noon—Fort Steilacoom Discovery Trail. (Part 1) We will be creating digital “signposts” for the Parks website.
12:00 to 2:30—Open Time.
July 18—22
9:00 to noon—Fort Steilacoom Discovery Trail. (Part 2) We will be creating digital “signposts” for the Parks website.

July 25—29
9:00 to noon—Scratch Mania— We will be jumping into the Scratch programming language with both feet.

August 1—5 – FULL
9:00 to noon—One Strange Movie – let’s make a movie and apply a lot of weird special effects.

August 8—12
9:00 to noon—More STEM Stuff—come participate in daily FUN activities that focus on science, technology, engineering and math.

August 15—19 – FULL
9:00 to noon—Music of Our Own—a time for us to make our own CD of original music
12:00 to 2:30—Open Time.
August 22—26
9:00 to noon—Digital Art Show—we are going to cover the Clubhouse walls with lots of original photographs and computer enhanced art work.
12:00 to 2:30—Open Time.
Monday Nights
6:30 to 10:00 pm—Lakewood City Council—Teens can volunteer to help video our Council Meetings.
Every Wednesday at the Robotics Center
3:00—6:00 pm —Robotics—LEGO and VEX robotics. Preparing early for competition in December and February. Get excited—get creative!
